Dominick Flora has been in sports and training since childhood through college.  He is a 5th degree Black Belt Master Instructor, certified sports performance specialist, and has a BS in Physical Education.  Flora specializes in developing youth sports, fitness, and fundamental tecnique academies.  Along with teaching and coaching in Wicomico County, Flora has gained a positive rapport with sudents, parents, and community leaders.  Flora has ran successful and unique afterschool and summer camp programs for the last 3 years.  One of the things that make his programs unique is the use of scientifically based data on childhood daily activity.  Flora's daily programs are designed to keep children in the healthy zone which is done through sports and fitness.  Flora prides himself on educating youth not only for today, but for life.
